Treatment with the SUMS™

Step 1: A SomaTherapy-ED® system can be used prior to surgery in order to become familiar with its use.
Step 2: Folex® is the new innovative answer for patients with a Foley catheter. This urinary collection system will be used in the days following surgery while the catheter remains in place. The briefs integrate an external pocket, while the bag system is built with a quick-release connector to minimize leaks. The integrated briefs provide comfort, confidence, and feature a removable collection bag for easy and convenient draining.
Step 3: The Wunderpad® Fold-Out Brief provides a dignified alternative with superior dryness, comfort, and style. This brief will be worn following removal of the catheter and will continue to be worn during the period when urine flow is heavier. All Wunderpad® briefs are washable and reusable. The Fold-Out style is designed for quicker drying time.
Step 4: The Wunderpad® Pocket Brief is discreet, economical, and effective. This brief will be worn when the urine flow has decreased from a moderate to high level to a lighter flow. It is designed as a long term solution for urinary management. The pocket brief comes packaged with two booster pads that provide you with extra protection when it is needed.
Step 5: Following surgery and once the catheter is removed, many patients experience some level of erectile dysfunction. SomaTherapy-ED® provides temporary rigidity of the penis to allow for intercourse during recovery.
