Return Policy:
Augusta Medical Systems offers a lifetime repair or replacement warranty on the SomaTherapy-ED® Touch II & Response II major components and offers a 12 month from the date of purchase warranty on major components of the Vitality OTC Treatment System.

Your warranty is activated once you register your system with Augusta Medical Systems. You may register your system by completing the Registration Card that was included with your system and mailing it back to Augusta Medical System in the envelope provided, by calling our toll free support line (800) 827-8382 or register online through this website.

Patients must request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) by calling our toll free support line (800) 827-8382 before returning any product. This number allows us to identify your property when we receive it. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
