Patient Buy Back Program

The Response II, Touch II , and SOMAerectStf are the finest vacuum technology systems for ED available today. Recent technological improvements ensure that they continue to lead the industry in quality, workmanship and engineering. When the SomaTherapy-ED support program is wrapped around this cutting-edge technology, the results are miraculous. The intimate couple is able to control intimacy in a way they have never been able to before.

Augusta Medical Systems is so confident of the success of SomaTherapy-ED that we will “buy-back” a Response II, Touch II, or SOMAerectStf within the 90 day "learning curve" that is often needed to develop correct use, if the system fails to produce a quality erection.

To qualify for the “buy-back” program after the “learning curve” has been negotiated the patient is required to comply with the following:
  • The patient must register his system with Augusta Medical systems within 30 days of the purchase date by mail, telephone or via the Internet.
  • Contact a SomaTherapy-ED Technical Support Specialist during the first 90 days, should the patient experience difficulty with the success of the system. Allow the SomaTherapy-ED Technical Support Specialist to assist him with problem resolution.
  • A SomaTherapy-ED Technical Support Specialist should be contacted immediately if difficulty is encountered in use. A minimum of two such requests for assistance are required to qualify for the “buy-back”program.
  • If these problem-solving sessions are not successful, when possible, the patient is requested to meet with a SomaTherapy-ED Clinical Technician in the prescribing physician's office or clinic for additional training.
  • If none of the above training and education sessions are successful, the patient then contacts a Technical Support Specialist to request a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number that will be mailed to the patient along with a Product Return Form to document the reason why the system failed.
  • Within 30 days of receiving the returned system and completed Product Return Form, the patient will receive a check for the amount he paid for his system up to the suggested retail price, minus any amount paid by his insurance company or Medicare. This money will be returned back to Medicare or the covering insurance company.
  • The patient is not charged for any of the above services provided by Augusta Medical Systems.
  • This program may vary if a system was purchased through a distributor
